The contract steps are the same for every deal. Only the shipping leg changes.
Due diligence follows the OECD five-step framework as adopted in the DMCC Rules for Risk-Based Due Diligence. Every deal is graded Low, Medium or High risk. Medium waits for mitigation; High — including unresolved CAHRA or sanctions exposure — is declined.
Commercial invoices must be signed and stamped in ink. Digital signatures or stamps aren't accepted at UAE arrival.
LBMA Gold Price PM less the net discount in your SPA, on the date of the final assay report on 999.9 fine gold. The price is fixed on the Proforma Invoice 24 hours before shipment.
After the refinery issues its assay report within the agreed tolerance — by SWIFT MT103 in USD to your verified company account.
You cover export fees, taxes at origin and the airway bill. We cover import levies, customs clearance, local taxes and transport to the refinery.
The SPA sets an acceptable variance. Within it, the deal settles as normal; outside it, the price is adjusted using the refinery's figures.

Contracts start with a trial shipment, then monthly tranches. Minimums are agreed per contract.
